Having worked at iMedX, I can tell you that their communication is seriously lacking. MTs were never in the loop. I got the impression that the OMs were kept in the dark too. In fact, it seemed like no one knew what was going on at that place. Any time I asked questions about policies, etc., if I got a reply, it was very vague and often didn't even address the question I had asked. I'm sorry for you that your company got involved with these scoundrels. You can find much information about how they do business in the archives.
