I got an email this afternoon saying the reason they changed software Fluency to I Medx is because of unmanageable technical issues. IMedx is fully staffed from 8-5 and only need our assistance 2nd and 3rd shift. They realize this is a hardship for many and understand that some will be looking elsewhere. Better than nothing I guess
