frustrated with sky - tired MT

Ya, I got the same email!! what the heck is going on with this company anyway???? Seriously why do we keep losing accounts and why no work and why poor communication on the management side of things????? This is so frustrating!!!!!I can only work during the days, and I'm sure I'm not the only MT out there who has the same issue.
Anyone else have thoughts on this?
