the decency to straight up tell us this, though. My account is N outsource as well and I have never seen it like this. Vacation time - Pffft! Never seen nearly an entire facility all go on vacation at once. But, yeah, my thought was also that they have found alternate dictation methods or N is holding on to the work. I guess TTS is right in not outright telling me the truth, because if it weren't for this specific account that I really like, I would have quit already.
