My primary account of multiple docs, PAs and NPs has gone from over 100 reports a day down to less than 5.
Their excuse is vacation time.
This is outsourced from Nuance, so this is not a vacation issue.
I ponder whether Nuance is holding onto some of the outsourced work now to keep their own employees busy since they've lost so many accounts, or possibly these accounts have alternate dictation methods now because of the cyberattack (Dragon, point and click, etc.).
I've been in this business with many accounts over the past 17 years and summer has never been this low on work.
