Any TTS employees here - who have been OOW?

No work on my primary for days now and not a word from anyone about it. Nothing but the standard "oh, they're just slow today" response. It's been quite a few days now and that excuse is not good enough, so stop insulting my intelligence and tell me what the problem really is! I am ready to just turn off my computer and walk away. I am so fed up with all this foolishness.
