In fact, many employees remain in the job position until the disability claim is either denied or approved.
I used to work closely with the unemployment and disability and saw many stress claims approved simply for hostile work conditions.
If anyone is feeling PTSD symptoms, or other conditions psychological OR physical (like carpal tunnel, neck problems, eye problems, migraines etc) I would seriously consider filing ESPECIALLY since these companies discourage breaks!
