The most you can do is file a claim with DOL and State Attorney General. They are not going to respond.
They have given us clear incentives for work and clear directives, then they have backed out of it saying - no, I didn't mean you! I think fairly few would have met their criteria after the fact, whereas we all met it before the fact. Go figure.
Sent my DOL claim out today, next up State Attorney General. You have to try, right?
