Have you ever actually sat down and thought about how they are performing QA? How the entire industry does it? No other industry would accept it. First of all- there is nothing random about it. I got QAd on a document that came back from a doctor. THat is NOT RANDOM. I do not believe for one second they are randomly pulling. They are going through our documents and may bypass perfect ones to get to a not perfect one. Long documents are going to contain more mistakes than short ones. THere is no random to their system. We put up with it, but it is not fair.
