I see on my pay stub from ADP the payor is - NTS in Georgia

I also note that Lynn Gilley, who has been the HR person signing off on the emails we received, resides in Georgia (off a Google search).

I wonder if we should be addressing this stuff to her at that Georgia address?

I am filling out DOL claim and I don't want to get it wrong.
