And don't forget to give them 3 days to remit payment.
Sending hard copies via Certified Return Receipt Requested sends a clear message to Nuance that you mean business and are documenting.
Any phone communication should be conducted with the understanding that they agree to you recording the conversation and take names. If they do not agree to that, politely tell them they are welcome to put their communications in writing then. Print off and SAVE everything in a safe place.
