Regarding last week and this week's pay - exactly how are they paying hourly only if we are actually working???? I've been OOW quite a bit last week and now 3 hours into my shift, I've been OOW for the majority of it. Do I stay clocked in or do I play the game of clocking in and out for each fricken job I get????
