Here is what I think happened. Did your payroll hours change? When they first calculated my payroll hours what they did is calculate my forty hours based at the promised 1.5 and the hours after that at 2 (just like they had promised). i.e. I worked sixty hours. They took the first forty and multiplied it x1.5 equaling 60. Then they take my 20 extra hours and multiplied x2. 40. They added the two and gave me 100 hours. This showed for about a week. THEN they changed it (reduced it down to 40 hours x1.5) nothing for the OT. I think they did this to everyone's paycheck. Then they figured out how much payroll would be. Ran it by upper management and upper management said WTH? Then it was recalculated and some excuse was made. That is why you saw a change in payroll hours. Just my hypothesis.
