that some doctors shouldn't be allowed to dictated. Detest the ESL that mumble at a monotone. There are some that do try to make themselves clear to understand and I appreciate those. In a report recently done the dictator started talking to someone nearby him in his primary language. I'm thinking you are in America, speak English. Maybe if you spoke English more you would speak it clearer. So done with it. So ready for another job (looking)
