In all my years, I have never known them to take in account any exceptions at all, whether it's doing more straight typing or doing more ESLs or unfamiliar accounts. When we first transitioned to ESR way back when, they raised the LPH requirement, but I have never known them to do it in reverse when we have a rush of new accounts with straight typing. And I don't expect the Nuance accounts to be any different, regardless that they are asking for OT and extra help. That is a one-way street.
