Fluency is a great platform. It is super user friendly.
The platform isn't the problem. It's the 5000 different client profiles and not having enough work.
I don't love and adore MModal, but I at least try to be honest. You can make between $14 and $16 an hour (if you think that's decent). You just have to work nonstop your entire shift.
