I got transferred a while back, same thing, scrutinized; picked because of quality, etc., etc. THE WORST ACCOUNT ever in the years I've worked for MModal. I guarantee you, sadly you'll be on performance management. I almost think it is a set up to get people on it to keep them stuck in this godawful account. The upside. My husband for years has been telling me to look for something else. Finally I'm listening. Its not my intent to be here too much longer and thankfully quitting is an option too if needed. Good luck. Sadly, you will need it.
