Wow - That is crazy

How are they even allowed to do that? That is YOUR vacation time that YOU earned to use for exactly that....vacation. How in their right mind did they come up with the idea to tell you that you need to use your own vacation time when THEIR platform is down??? That is not your fault and is completely out of your control. Why should you be forced to use up time that you worked hard to earn so that you could take some well-deserved time off??? The nerve of them! I don't work for TTS and never have (I'm an IC for a small company), but I would be filing complaints with the labor board to see if they can even do that!
