What does your CONTRACT state - re downtime

That's your ONLY recourse. If you have in writing that you will be paid downtime, they pay you. If not, they don't have to. UE would be your only option. TTS does not have a fraction of the operating capital that Nuance has. The owner will get paid tho, so dont fret about that part (TIC)
