We've all put up with this foolishness for too long and every voice counts as far as I'm concerned. People say - well why don't you just quit if you hate it so much? I like my job. I don't like the weasels pulling the puppet strings. I will eventually have to get out of the field, but why not try to change things and make them better for my fellow MTs before I go? I may fail at it, but I can feel better knowing I tried.
