and was told there's no downtime, sorry, SOL. Look through all your employment propaganda, is there mention of downtime payment anywhere? If not, then why would you think there's an obligation for them to pay downtime if it's not agreed upon before you sign on the dotted line? Has your computer gone down because of EditScript not functioning and you waited for IT to fix it? Did you ever get downtime? No. File for unemployment and food stamps, you might qualify for assistance.
