One hospital in our group uses both Nuance and Mmodal so docs are just dictating into Mmodal system. But we are granted the extreme privilege of manually adding all the ADT info for free. Honestly I think Mmodal is preparing for a flood of work that may or may not happen. They want us all on standby but the promise of OT is not enough. Plus I am not going to take work away from somebody when we only have 100 minutes in the system for the entire group. So they can thank away all they want but I am not stealing work from somebody else.
