was plenty of work available on weekends, just be flexible. What matters and is lost on management and the AHDI people he has surrounded himself with (we all know who gets appointed/promoted around here and that AHDI membership and "credentials" (sarcasm) are seemingly the only criteria used), is NOT what days and shifts people work, but how many people are staffed on any given account. This cross-training of people to move from one account to the other due to poor management is going to get worse IMHO, before it gets better.
