to review the work of 50 employees? 1 QA for every 10 MTs (5) or 1 for every 5 MTs(10) or ??? There seems to be a lot of QA at this company. It would be nice if they had to worry about meeting a lph or reports per hour quota like the rest of us to keep their jobs. How many MTs does it take to do a 20 line report-the MT, the QA, the QA auditor(s), and the facility on-site QA. Ludicrous!
