There are thousands of happy MT's across many companies including (gasp!) MModal, Nuance, IMedx, Keystrokes and every big and small company. Just ignore the negative Nellies and enjoy your own job. If it doesn't work for you, try somewhere else. They're not all that different, and each has their own pros and cons.
