Who else would keep hiring when there isn't enough work, put people on notice because they can't get LPH up, because there is not enough work, PLUS keep cross training and throwing MTs around onto other accounts that don't have enough work. IMO, doesn't sound like one hand knows what the other is doing. Very poor management IMO, causing people to do without because of mismanagement!
