Jay, 2 managers, several MTs, and 1 person waiting to be cross-trained. So that's maybe 7 or 8 out of a possible 40-50 people (don't know the exact number). Of course, there may be a couple more having issues that haven't told you yet. Well, I'm telling you that there is a ton of work now, and getting that work all depends on the hours/days you work and the willingness to be a little flexible with your time. It really sounds like you have a bone to pick with the company (and I'm not their biggest fan either), but posting the way you are is totally irresponsible. All it does is make those who are doing well here get anxious. That is not a kind thing to do.
