Do you have a "professional version" of Microsoft Word installed on your computer? If you do, you likely had to install it. Most people who are in this field have at least a BASIC knowledge of how a computer runs. Many companies will have tech support people who will remote in to your computer to download the software or if you have to do it "on your own," they will provide you with instructions on how to do it. I am sure as well, if you took an MT course, you had to download things during your schooling.
