and I have not worked for an MTSO yet who did much of anything to improve that scenario. I have worked at the hospital as an employee as well, and little to nothing is done to improve poor dictation practices. Doctors are treated differently. They can misbehave and not get punished for it. It's not like the doctors (or other health professionals who dictate) are getting their pay docked for quality. Now there's an idea.
