I dont understand why we don't get a hold of our local labor boards and turn this kind of information in. I was just on my state's labor board information today as I am seriously thinking about reporting them for their NJA policy but I cant figure out what category to put it under; however, I did just read that it is totally illegal to have them lower your wages without notifying you first!. I would think that you are eligible for back pay if you can prove there was no advanced notice and I believe it even said it had to be in writing!
