How do all of you stand this? That is one of the reasons I quit this horrible company. Unless you are only doing this for supplemental income, there is no way you can survive or are you collecting UE? I agree, no PTO for NJA. I never did that either.
I really hope it turns around for you, but I would be seriously thinking of working somewhere else.
