They are still hiring, there are always weekend hours available, and they will put you on part time. If you can take the nonsense and the low pay with a grain of salt and just collect your paycheck for as long as you can, you'll do fine. Just realize that the NJA you're reading about is the work flow going to India, and that work won't be coming back; so even if only temporary, youll at least have a paycheck for a while.
