It got installed on mine maybe a month ago. I dreaded it but actually after I downloaded it, I have never noticed it since. It was a lot easier than they made it sound. I installed it, left the computer on overnight because I accidentally fell asleep and the next morning I restarted the computer, logged in using the new screen, and haven't really thought about it since. The only difference I notice is the log-in screen to get into my computer.
One thing that helped is that I had happened to notice my log-in is my name with a dot between the first and last names. I think if I hadn't noticed that, I wouldn't have known how to log into their start-up screen since it's called something different. But other than that, it was easy and I never had to call India.
It is only installed on my MModal computer. No one has ever mentioned installing it on my personal computer, and I would not do it anyway.
