Why does it abbreviate states? -- I have never heard anyone dictate the patient comes from CT (i.e., Connecticut). Why hasn't someone fixed it after all these years? They always think it is the MT in the wrong, but I think there are a lot of really lazy people in this company that are in PC, HDSM, tech, programming jobs just hanging on and not trying to actually make it better.
