I suppose it all depends on what group you work in. I have been under 4 different HSDMs and never once has anyone complained that we use NJA.
I just get tired of all the emails lately asking to switch schedules because of too few people here and too many people there. I also work a split shift and I have never seen too much work at any time of the day since 2015. They need to just quit hiring people and maybe there would be work to last everyone all day like there used to be.
