In trouble for TW vs Fluency discrepancy... - I need a straight answer Posted: Feb 28th, 2017 - 1:54 pm
I received an email this morning that my time in TW vs Fluency was too big of a gap and I need to be careful. I wish my HDSM would give me a clear answer on this. I know she encourages us to clock out of TW when not working in Fluency, but some days I find myself taking a few 5 minute breaks and next thing I know it the end of my shift and I have 20 extra minutes that aren't accounted for (I need to hit 39 hours since I am FT)
Am I allowed to stay late those 20 extra minutes to make up that time? I would rather not use my PTO or EA No Pay like she suggested simply because I need a break during my shift.
Am I allowed to clock in 15 minutes early or is that a manager discretion thig?
Please let me know what you do or what your HDSM tells you to do.
