TW v. Fluency differential is large, but no one has ever said anything to me about it.
Actually, I thought we were allowed some percentage of time for discrepancy. I forget what it is/was, though.
I also thought you are supposed to have 15 min leeway clocking in or out. I use this all the time, too, and I have never heard a peep about it.
