You can't stay late. You have to go to the swap board and look for a shift you can take. I've had my verbal warning and have been written up and put on a performance review because of the same issues you have. This is a purely punitive company.
There are those 14 individual statistics on every MT of which they can use to NOT pay you what you're worth or what is on your contract. They want you completely glued to your chair for the full 8 hours. They will not pay you for any additional training...it's a complete sweat shop sh*t show.
