As far as inactive time goes, Nuance only seems to monitor it if you are not meeting your line count. Nuance wants you to meet their minimum line count and quality and make sure that they do not have to pay you extra to get you to minimum wage. Beyond that, they only seem to get upset if you consistently do not work your schedule (which would be true of most businesses).
