Try Ctrl/Alt/Del (just once, not Ctrl/Alt/Del/Del), choose Start Task Manager, and under the Applications tab, click your player, w hich should show in the leftmost column, and choose Switch To. Perhaps from there you can figure it out. I hope this helped, but if not maybe someone else will chime in soon.
