At their website, on the MT job page at the top, it says in bold it is for independent contractors. So not only is it lousy pay, you have to pay self-employment taxes on it! Found this lady you mentioned at LinkedIn, it looks like she just has IT background, but not MT. Her web page might fool prospective clients, but I can't imagine they do quality work.
