Sometimes the dictators are a piece of cake and the next one will be the many-headed hydra from hell, heavy-accented Indian/Middle Easterner with what sounds like railway tracks in the background...just enough of a cluster F to make one feel as if one is losing grasp on reality. Of course, one must leave blanks and pend them so that QA can scrutinize the H out of them and provide such helpful commentary. For 3 cpl, you are right, it sux big time!;
