They are a nightmare. Another company has the account as well or else Allegis just acquired it but it is so difficult to make any lines and you spend more time blanking than anything and then QA says you should just relisten or buy better headphones. Maybe Allegis will be more understanding but it's hard to tell. I got headaches so bad from that transcription which is mostly cell phone if not all. Most horrible account ever! You'll not make any money. It's so not worth it. Trust me.
