I do think they seem nice...but also think they knew exactly what I meant when I told them and still proceeded to say it is okay. They say they believe because you get to "choose" the schedule and can send some form that you are not available (which means they will never renew your contract) that that is somehow within legal rights. Ah, no, not even close. You CANNOT in any way require a schedule or scheduled hours of an IC. You can only require a certain amount of production. They all know this and it continues and makes me sick.
