It's also illegal for them to retaliate against you for contacting the DOL. They can get in trouble for that as well, so it wouldn't be very smart of them at all to retaliate against any of us who turn them in. I am definitely going to be calling the DOL and filing a formal complaint. I don't even care if they retaliate against me. I am sick of being used and abused by this company and I am finally putting my foot down. They need to be held accountable for their actions!!!
