For a very long time, FN would tell us there were new accounts about to start and then nothing would materialize or the accounts were dinky clinics that would supply maybe a couple people with work. Their long list of clients would seem to indicate a ton of work, but the majority of that list produced only a few reports per day or was very sporadic.
Plus, they sent a lot of work to other MTSOs before supplying work to the ICs. Their priorities were not in the best interest of the ICs.
Just how long does it take any one of those three people to answer a question you have with a report? If the issue is not resolved immediately, if you cannot put that report on hold, then you are not being productive while you wait for an answer.
I hope you find a job outside of MT. There are a lot of options, even outside of the medical field.
It's really frustrating to live not knowing if you have an income each day.
