You can report it to the BBB and they will attempt to make them pay but it probably goes deeper. If a company can't make payroll (and has done it more than once) there's an issue with one of their clients not paying them or poor money management. I'd go to small claims court to try to collect, including the overdraft fees and amount of your unpaid bills and then get the heck out of Keystrokes.
