when computer boots up. Then it holds up the works at the end of the day when I'm trying to turn the computer off because Lync won't shut down. It is a PITA. I can tell when I get an email in outlook because I hear a tone in my earphones. Of course, if my ear phones are out at the time, I don't know about it. Since we were (at least I wasn't) given any instructions on Pandion, I don't even know how to use it. Are we supposed to log into it at the beginning of our shift for us to get IM's? They give us these programs like we are supposed to know what to do with them. I sure don't.
