I just emailed this guy back wanting to know why it is installed on my personal computer, wanted to know if it is spyware or if it monitors keystrokes. After all, I conduct personal business on MY computer, such as banking, personal e-mails, etc. I want to know what it is for, who is monitoring it, etc., especially since I used passwords for personal information and logins. I am not comfortable with this.
