I quit too on the 3rd, sent my letter of resignation at the end of my shift effective immediately. My pay slowly went down with each pay period and when it got to half that was the last straw. I was proofing mostly VR for pennies and I wasn't sticking around to find out what this "pay change" was going to entail. I looked for jobs at local doctor offices and found one as a Med Scribe. The pay is decent (with benefits) and I work my straight 8-5, and don't have to worry about making an unattainable line count.
